Pricing & Sales

BlackBlue and blkblu.com do not offer price adjustments on past purchases should items be marked down or eligible for a promotion at a later point. During sales and promotional periods, BlackBlue may experience high order volumes, in which case, our inventory levels may take time to update, which may not be reflected on our website. Items sold during promotional periods or "on sale" are final sale, and not eligible for exchange or return.

Final sale items are marked with a neon green "Final Sale" badge on the product page. See the example below.

Items that are altered or hemmed, including but not limited to jeans, are considered final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.

New Subscriber Discount

Our new subscriber discount is available to first time subscribers to our newsletter. The new subscriber discount is eligible for use on many products on our website, and may be used in-store, too. There are some exclusions for the new subscriber discount, including, but not limited to, all items from Iron Heart, and already discounted items (including but not limited to garage sale and end of season sale items).

Availability

BlackBlue does not guarantee the availability of anything purchased from blkblu.com. We do our very best to ensure the accuracy of the website. In the rare case that the item(s) you ordered are not available, BlackBlue reserves the right to cancel the order. In such a case, you will be contacted, and a refund will be made to your original form of payment (if the payment has already been processed).

BlackBlue further reserves the right to cancel any order that meets the following criteria: lack of stock, suspicion of fraud, failure to process credit card information, incorrect item price, or other extenuating circumstances as we see fit. Again, any cancelled ordered will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Tax

Any non-clothing item purchased from BlackBlue and shipped within the state of Minnesota will be taxed at a rate of 7.625%. Clothing shipped to Minnesota, and all items shipped anywhere else, will not be taxed.

Privacy & Security

BlackBlue collects and retains only the personally-identifiable information that you provide to us. This information (if you so choose) may be shared with our MailChimp account, for the purposes of keeping you up to date with BlackBlue. MailChimp will not share this information with any other parties.

BlackBlue uses a third-party cookie to collect non-personally-identifiable information to use and share with Google Analytics (including Google Display Network Impression Reporting and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). The information is collected through Google advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers. This information is collected for purpose of improving our website. No personally-identifiable information will be collected by, or shared with Google Analytics.
