Shipping within the US & Canada

After placing an order, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed. Once an order is processed and a shipping label is generated, you will receive tracking information via email or mobile number, depending on which information was provided at checkout. Orders placed after 12pm Central Time on Fridays may not be processed until the following Tuesday.
If you require a specific service to be used, please contact us before placing your order.
Once an order has been delivered by the courier, BlackBlue and the respective courier are no longer liable for the shipment, and cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen goods.
While we are happy to accommodate when possible, we may not be able to combine multiple orders into one shipment during periods of higher order volumes.
Shipping Addresses
If shipping to a business address, please use the company line rather than the apartment/unit number line. Placing business names in the apartment/unit number line may cause delays with select couriers. If you have questions about entering your address or have had issues in the past, please contact us before placing your order.
Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes
Any import tariffs, duties, or local taxes are determined by local governments, and are the responsibility of the recipient, and must be paid on delivery. Shipments cannot be labeled as "gifts" for customs purposes, nor can prices be listed at less than the value paid for the item.
We are able to ship orders to many other countries world wide. Those listed above will be processed automatically. If you would like an order shipped somewhere else, please contact orders@blkblu.com. We are currently unable to accept and ship orders to Russia.
US & Canadian Customers
All domestic orders are shipped with either the United States Post Office Priority Mail or UPS.
Orders placed by customers in Canada will be shipped via USPS or DHL.
Delivery times for standard shipping may range from 3-6 business days, and express shipping times may range from 1-3 business days.
International Customers
We are happy to ship orders internationally. Our preferred courier for international shipments is DHL, which typically has a delivery window of 1-3 business days.

In-Store Pick Up
We are happy to offer in-store pick up for orders placed online. Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be prepared. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message. Pick-up is offered during our regular store ours, Tuesday-Sunday, 11a-5p.

Returns
We are happy to take returns for online orders within 14 days from the time of delivery. Returned merchandise must still be in like-new condition— free from wear, stains, and with tags still attached. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer either refunds or exchanges for online orders. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment once the return has been received and approved.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
BlackBlue will also happily accept returns for online orders at our store location in St. Paul, MN. BlackBlue does not assume responsibility for return items lost in transit without proof of initial delivery. Any applicable shipping charges will not be refunded for returns.
Items sold during promotional periods or "on sale" are final sale, and not eligible for exchange or return.
Items that are altered or hemmed, including but not limited to jeans, are considered final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
